• Production turnaround time for sublimated mugs, from artwork approval and full payment: Approximately 2-3 working days.
• Delivery time: Aprroximately 2-3 days. Total timeframe from receipt: Approximately 5-7 working days.
• Prices for courier are calculated on a volumetric weight, thus if an order is more than our normal packaging of 40cm x 30cm x 10cm x 5kg there will be an extra fee that will be invoiced separately
• Production and delivery are estimated on a 1-10 mug orders. Bulk orders will take more time and we will be advising you on estimated time of completion.
