DTF Printing on Cotton & Blends
We use Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) printing to bring your designs to life with sharp detail and vibrant color. The process bonds the print securely to cotton and blended fabrics, giving you a smooth finish that feels good to wear. DTF prints are durable and hold up well to regular washing, though—like all clothing—they will naturally age over time. It’s a reliable, versatile option for custom apparel, whether you need a single shirt or a full run.

A step by step guide to DTF printing.
1. Design Creation – Your artwork is printed onto a special transfer film using high‑quality inks.

2. Adhesive Application – A fine powder is applied to the print, which helps it bond securely to fabric.

3. Heat Transfer – The film is pressed onto your cotton or blended garment with heat, fusing the design into the fibers.

4. Finished Result – You get a vibrant, detailed print that feels smooth, looks professional, and holds up well to regular washing. Over time, like any garment, natural wear will occur, but DTF offers excellent durability compared to many other methods.

• Garment Supply: Blank garments are sourced from our outside factory. Delivery to us usually takes est. 2–3 working days.

• Production: Printing will only begin once your artwork is approved and full payment has been received. From then, production takes about 2–3 working days.

• Courier Delivery: If courier delivery is required, shipping to you takes an additional 2–3 working days.

• Total timeframe: On average, your order will be completed and delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on garment supply, production,  and courier schedules.

Order Size & Prints: These estimates are based on orders of 1–20 garments with 1–2 print placements. Larger orders or more complex designs may take longer, and we’ll advise you on the expected completion time.
